chevron-rightIs Carbon for Unreal a Project Plugin or an Engine Plugin?hashtag

We opted to develop Carbon as a Project plugin, so every project can use a different version of the plugin if needed. This is to support projects with long lifecycles or ones that need to be revisited at a later date.

chevron-rightCan I package my project as a standalone executable?hashtag

Carbon for Unreal is a pre-compiled plugin, and therefore does not contain any source files. Current licensing disallows the packaging of Carbon as a redistributable. Users can apply for exceptions to this rule if you work with Imaginary Labs as a project partner.
